We are bringing back our hugely popular Online transformation for 2024. Our maximum capacity for this program is fifty members and it sold out last year shortly after our launch date. This program is great for busy parents or those who work from home. Anybody can do it and every person will start to see results after the first week.
This is a 6 week program for any person who is determined to get back to fitness after the summer holidays and it is fantastic if you want to burn fat, lose weight and get fit and energetic again. The results are amazing for all who stick to the program as laid out.

- 2 x Live online classes each week with our team at 10.30am (30 minutes) Monday and Thursday
- 2 x Dumbbell workouts via video (20 minutes) Tuesday and Friday
- 2 x Bodyweight workouts via video (20 minutes) Wednesday and Saturday
- 2 x Nutrition plans to follow before, during and after your 6 weeks start
- Weekly access to our team leaders for advice and guidance
